Family fun, a weekend retreat, or maybe something a little more... unplanned. S0metimes it's good to just get away from the distractions of the modern world. Leave the cellphone in the car, disconnect from the digital world and step back into good old Mother Nature.

Loki flopped down onto the ground. This tent that the humans invented might be convenient and all, but it sure was hell to put together. What he had constructed might include every single piece, but it looked nothing like what Yui had described to him. Huff. Who needed a tent anyway? They could just as well build a shelter out of what was there already. Vikings had done it for ages, he saw no problem with it.

With a wave of his hand the metal sticks and fabric reshaped and turned into something entirely different. Still not a tent, but it was a little more entertaining to just turn it into the shape of animals and objects. He rolled over onto his stomach, ignoring the leaves and grass caught in his hair, pouring his imagination in creating interesting shapes. He was completely forgetting about the ordeal with the tent's original design.

”Really?” Balder takes one of the sweet treats, and inspects it a little. Then he puts it to the side, putting a piece of meat to cook by the fire. ”Thor should have come with us, don't you think?”

Pouting a little when the marshmallow is put to the side (and at the mention of his lone time with Balder possibly having been interrupted by their fellow god), he picked another marshmallow and placed it against Balder's lips.

"Come on, try it~ And Thor's fine, he's hanging out with that Greek god."

He doesn't see what's wrong; Thor was their friend too. Balder blinked when Loki pushed the marshmallow to his mouth, confused. But then he opened his mouth and let Loki poke it inside. He chuckled. "You are so stubborn, Loki."

"But I'm sure he would have enjoyed it." And there had been no sign of snakes this far, either.

It's not wrong. Loki likes and cares for Thor too, but Balder is the most important to him, and lately they haven't been alone very much. He's been worried about Yui stealing Balder from him, and he's not going to let that happen. "Yeah, I know." And he's planning on being even more stubborn tonight. He's not going to let anyone near, damnit.

"Sure, but it's fine if he's playing with others, right?" Thor might not say all that much, but he was better at playing nice than Loki, so he didn't have much to worry about. The Greek wasn't going to steal him.
